Our styled cart arrives ready to go. Guests watch their keepsake come to life — and take it home that day.

Average Stitch Time
Once an item is set-up on the machine, stitch time can range anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes. The gap depends on the size and complexity of the design.
Small stitches and monograms will range 2-4 minutes.
Large stitches, such as thick print last names will take 8-10 minutes.

Items per Hour
Like the stitch time, the orders per hour depends on the size and complexity of the design.
In order to maximize service, we recommend smaller, less complicated designs for larger groups.

Ideal Lead Time
To ensure we are able to provide the best experience and ensure availability of the items on our product menu, we recommend booking your event when you are 4-8 weeks out.
We operate on a first come - first served basis. If you have a big day on the calendar, we can book as far in advance as needed.

We recommend 6–8 weeks so we have time for a design consult, thread and item selection, and to prep your menu. Peak seasons (wedding season and the holidays) book up faster — reach out as early as you can.

Live stitching runs roughly 8-20 keepsakes per hour depending on the item and design complexity.
If fulfilling all orders is a concern for your event, we recommend ordering from our Product Menu to take advantage of our Finish & Ship Guarantee.

Travel is included for events up to 1 hour from Franklin, TN — which covers Nashville, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Columbia and most of Middle Tennessee. Events beyond that hour may include a travel fee; just ask when you inquire and we'll quote it up front.

Absolutely! Bring your own items, choose from our Product Menu, or mix both. We'll confirm fabric and placement work well for embroidery during your consult.
Be advised that there is a small, but unavoidable risk of product damage when an item is being embroidered. Should an item you provide be damaged during the process, Franklin Stitch Club is not responsible for replacing it or compensation for damages. Items ordered from the product menu that are damaged will be refunded.

Items are à-la-carte and priced by tier — under $15, under $30, over $30. This price includes the blank, live stitching, and completion and delivery of any items ordered but not completed during the scheduled event.

Yes. We digitize your logo for a one-time $30 charge — and it's waived on Celebration bookings. Perfect for corporate events, brand launches, and anything with a mark you want stitched live.

Some Product Menu items carry an ordering lead time, so the earlier you book, the more of the menu stays available to you. Booking early also locks in your consult and design window without a rush.

A roughly 8×8 ft footprint and access to a standard power outlet. We'll confirm the details in our design consult.

We use a Brother pr650 6-needle, commercial grade embroidery machine. She’s a beast, but she can be a little loud. Keep this in mind for determining the best location. Outdoors and large spaces are generally never an issue.
